Rather focus on what your employee is doing or not doing that is perceived as not friendly . Not for example they don’t like you but rather joining them for lunch once or twice a week is a good way to get to know one another and to build teamwork. And teamwork is really important for our department. Remember, you don’t focus on the person, but on the person’s behavior.
